The EK-Quantum Torque 6-Pack HDC 16 is a set of six high-quality EK-Quantum Torque HDC fittings. These 16mm compression fittings are designed for use with hard tubes such as acrylic and PETG. With their understated but striking design and no branding whatsoever, they are an ideal choice for anyone and match perfectly with other EK-Quantum products. To ensure they remain undamaged during transport, they are padded in a box with black foam.
The EK-Quantum Torque series has been awarded the prestigious iF Design Award. A robust and industrial aesthetic highlights the Torque family by emphasizing the precise manufacturing processes . In addition, enthusiasts can add a unique color ring to give the fitting line a personal touch. The Torque family offers a secure and modular connection system between water cooling components and HardTubes within a PC. The Quantum Torque series includes angle adapters, rotating and static extensions, manifolds, G1/4" connectors, drain valves, fittings and much more.
The locking ring prevents the HardTube from being pulled out of the fitting by compressing the rubber seal under the ring. The grooves on the outside allow for easier hand tightening. The compression ring has cutouts in the EK Quantum signature shape, allowing the colored ring to be seen. The colored rings are available in many colors and screw onto the fitting before the compression ring. The colored rings are sold separately.
The connector and compression rings feature a unique, high-quality nickel plating. Both are made from CNC-machined brass and the seal is made from high-quality rubber O-rings.
The surface of the base fitting is smooth and does not have enough gripping surface, but the inside of the nozzle is designed with a 9mm Allen key pattern. It is highly recommended to use a 9mm Allen key (sold separately) to avoid skin damage to your fingertips when installing the fitting. Please be careful not to use excessive force when installing the nozzles with a 9mm Allen key to avoid damage to other water cooling products! We recommend using the EK-Loop Multi Allen Key (6mm, 8mm, 9mm) which will break if excessive force is applied, preventing damage to more expensive components of your loop.
These fittings are guaranteed compatible with all other EK Water Blocks water cooling products.
